Registration is currently open for all age divisions.
Maximum field size for this tournament is 80 players. Registration is guaranteed for all members until December 25th, or untill the maximum field size has been reached - whichever comes first. On December 26th we will process the remaining balance of the entry fee and guarantee payment to the golf course for the number of players registered.
At that time, we will also release any unfilled tee times to the golf course. Additional registrations will continue to be accepted untill noon on January 4th, on a space available basis within the existing tee sheet. Members on this waiting list will be selected, in the order of their registration, for any spots that become available in their age group.
Members on the waiting list will be notified as soon as a vacancy occurs and they have been selected for the tournament field. There will be no deposits or registration fees charged to members on the waiting list untill they have been selected to the field.
