Maximum field size for this tournament is 100 players. Registration is guaranteed for all members until September 2nd, or untill the maximum field size has been reached - whichever comes first. On September 3rd we will process the remaining balance of the entry fee and guarantee payment to the golf course for the number of players registered. At that time, we will also release any unfilled tee times to the golf course. Additional registrations will continue to be accepted untill noon on September 12th for a waiting list, on a space available basis within the existing tee sheet. Members on this waiting list will be selected, in the order of their registration, for any spots that become available in their age group.
Members on the waiting list will be notified as soon as a vacancy occurs and they have been selected for the tournament field. There will be no deposits or registration fees charged to members on the waiting list untill they have been selected to the field.
