A. CURRENT SPACE AVAILABLE

 Registration is currently open for all age divisions on a space available basis, only.  

Wednesday (1/21) at 10:00 a.m., there was 1 space available in the Boys 15-18 division, 1 space in the Boys 11-14, and 2 spaces in the Girls 15-18 age division. 

You can register now to secure one of the available spots, or to be in line for any spot that could become available, in any division.

B. REGISTRATION /LATE ENTRY

Registration is currently open for all age divisions.

Maximum field size for this tournament is 80 players.  Registration is guaranteed for all members until January 14th, or untill the maximum field size has been reached - whichever comes first.  On January 14th we will process the remaining balance of the entry fee and guarantee payment to the golf course for the number of players registered. 
 
At that time, we will also release any unfilled tee times to the golf course.  Additional registrations will continue to be accepted untill noon on January 4th, on a space available basis within the existing tee sheet.  Members on this waiting list will be selected, in the order of their registration, for any spots that become available in their age group.  
 
Members on the waiting list will be notified as soon as a vacancy occurs and they have been selected for the tournament field.  There will be no deposits or registration fees charged to members on the waiting list untill they have been selected to the field.
 
 
C. ADULT VOLUNTEERS

Several adult volunteers are needed at each tournament for duties as Pace of Play Monitors at various checkpoints on the golf course and to act as the eyes and ears of the rules officials. The Pace of Play Monitors will not make any rulings, except to determine each group's position on the golf course relative to their assigned pace. 

We are requesting that parents consider volunteering for at least one tournament during the season.

Each volunteer will receive a credit against the next tournament’s entry fee.  To volunteer for any tournament, please call the CJT office at 1-800-669-6595, to have your name placed on the schedule.

D. STARTING TIMES

Individual starting times for Saturday’s tournament round will be posted on this website during the week prior to the tournament date and emailed to each entrant’s registered email address.  Always make sure we have your current email address.  If you use an email filter, make sure it is programed to accept emails from californiajuniortour@bluegolf.com.

Players will be re-grouped for the Sunday round, based on score, from high to low.  Sunday starting times will usually be available approximately 1 hour after the last group comes off the course on Saturday.  The times will be posted on this website, emailed to each entrant’s registered email address, and available by calling the golf course pro shop during business hours. 

A projected range of times for Sunday for each age division will also be posted on the scoreboard on Saturday for your convenience.
