A player may withdraw a tournament registration anytime up until the registration deadline, 10 days prior to the first day of the tournament. The registration deposit will be credited to the member's credit card account, less a $15 processing fee.
Once the registration deadline has passed, the CJT is committed to the golf course for a fixed number of players. Therefore, tournament fees are not refundable after that date. Please plan ahead for conflicting school activities, SAT tests, trips to grandma's house, etc. to avoid last minute cancellations. |
