Maximum Field Size/Late entry Maximum field size for the Westin Mission Hills tournament is 100 players, until the registration deadline date - 10 days prior to the first tournament day.  At that time, any unused tee times will be released back to the golf course, and additional registrations can be accepted only on a space available basis. 
Registration Deadline
Registration deadline for each tournament is 10 days prior to the tournament date, at which time the California Junior Tour is committed to the golf course for a fixed number of players.
Any player registering after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list, subject to an opening occurring in the published list of starting times, in the appropriate age division.  
Starting Times

Individual starting times for Saturday’s tournament round will be posted on this website 7 days prior to the tournament date and emailed to each entrant’s registered email address.

Players will be re-grouped for the Sunday round, based on score, from high to low.  Sunday starting times will be available approximately 1 hour after the last group comes off the course on Saturday.  The times will be posted on this website, emailed to each entrant’s registered email address, and available by calling the golf course pro shop. 

A projected range of times for Sunday for each age division will be posted on the scoreboard on Saturday for your convenience.   

Volunteers needed Five adult volunteers are needed for each tournament for duties as Pace of Play Monitors at various checkpoints on the golf course. Each volunteer will receive a credit against the next tournament’s entry fee, of $50 for one day’s service, or $110 for both day’s..
